PROTOCOL CIGARS SET TO RELEASE SIR ROBERT PEEL CIGARS IN NEW CORONA GORDA SIZES

EASTON, PA -- April 8, 2021 -- Protocol Cigars is proud to announce the first line extension in the Lawmen Series. The Sir Robert Peel, both natural and maduro, will be offered in a Corona Gorda 55/8" x 46 format. This time however, the company has gone to a round parejo format instead of a box pressed format like its predecessor. 

Like the original release both will have the same exact Nicaraguan binder and filler, except the Protocol Sir Robert Peel Natural will have an Ecuadorian Rosado wrapper, while the Maduro will have a Pennsylvania Broadleaf. The MSRP for the Sir Robert Peel Coron a Gorda in both offerings will be $11.50 per single stick and a box at $115.00. The cigar is being produced at La Zona in Esteli, Nicaragua under the watchful eye of Hector Alfonso Sr. The Protocol Sir Robert Peel will be offered in 10 count boxes and will be a national ongoing full production release.

It has been such a huge success that we want to expand the Lawmen Series with not only the Protocol Eliot Ness, but also with the Sir Robert Peel Corona Gorda. I can’t think of a better size to expand the Sir Robert Peel Line than with a Corona Gorda!”
