An Exclusive Limited Edition to Celebrate the Chinese New Year
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Inspired by the zodiac sign for 2022, VegaFina Cigars will introduce VegaFina Year of the Tiger 2022 in select retailers in the United States. VegaFina maker Altadis U.S.A. unveiled the VegaFina Year of the Tiger at the Tobacco Plus Expo held in Las Vegas January 26 – 28.
Across the globe, the Chinese New Year has become a festive season to continue gifting and celebrating – and a tradition embraced by adult cigar consumers and retailers alike. Internationally, VegaFina has honored the tradition in each of the last four years by introducing a selection of premium cigars handmade with an exclusive blend of tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Ecuador.
The limited-edition packaging draws attention for its attractive presentation: an eye-catching pagoda shaped box with a red design and golden details that pay tribute to traditional colors used to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Every 16-count box has two layers of eight cigars (a lucky number in China), which have been carefully finished with VegaFina’s standard band and a striking tiger designed band on the foot of the cigar that complements the box.
